Air Gap
Pressurised Air Is Fed in though the pvc fittings, which then flows though the centre of the bolts, this provides very good quenching, and keeps the electrodes quite cool. |

Rotary Spark Gap
They rotaty gap cost practically nothing to construct and worked quite well. It is just made up from a cheap bench grinder, a plastic cutting board, a metal disc - cut into a donut and some bolts etc. |
